Refund policy

At Glowniq, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • It must be returned in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at glowniq1@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with further instructions.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund request.

If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible unless damaged or defective
